Elinah “SUCCESS” Mangena the owner of ESMANGENA INC is an internationally qualified makeup artist and image Consultant servicing Johannesburg and the surrounding Gauteng region, not limited to region, country or continent. She is a 4-time Award nominee globally in her industry. In 2022 she won the Outstanding Author at the Zim Achievers Awards. She is also a seasoned motivational speaker and a panellist on various platforms including business breakfast with the ambassador HE Hamadziripi. Elinah is passionate about providing, trendy , high-quality looks, only the best products are used to make our clients feel as special as they are. These high-end products including, Kryolan , Huda Beauty, Laura Mercier, Morphe, Juvias and more in terms of makeup as well as the Environ skincare range. She is strongly passionate about skills and personal development offering coaching services. Running an NPO that offers skills class and sanitary wear at girls’ homes.

The Diary of a Self Taught MUA

Diary of a self-taught MUA takes you on a journey of a young girl who was passionate about athletics and aspired to be a lawyer but got her big breakthrough the self-taught skill of drawing an eyebrow. Her passion for makeup was conceived after an encounter with her first roommate in 2011 . It takes us through the highs and lows of a young woman who navigates life and finds her purpose through the work of her hands. It is a journey about faith, consistency and self-confidence. How she managed to navigate the complexity of being raised in a polyamorous family, with 10 siblings and 3 mothers, 2 dads, overcoming bitterness, anger, low self-esteem, lack, dropping out of school but managing to write the final exams and pass with exceptional results, working 8 to 5 jobs with little to no financial independency, only affording my first pack of pads with my first salary (resulting in the birth of Elinah initiatives that provides sanitary wear, stationery and offers skills development program) being homeless at a foreign country, understanding the importance of the God factor in discovering your purpose and pursuing it, The necessary skills to nurture the skill as a MUA and tools to create a great client base and growing it, how to deal with clients from different backgrounds going through different things.
